Thank you for your feedback. I have had this matter investigated this morning and you were incorrectly advised. The Guarantee does apply to everyone for Caravans and we have ensured that our team are aware of this. Ben, has arranged for a £20 Amazon voucher to be sent to you today as an apology and I am glad that you opted to stay with us. Richard.

A very speedy response to my initial feedback. The person who called me back was very apologetic and rectified the problem with staff awareness of the Amazon voucher. Simply couldn't have delivered better customer service and as feedback is an opportunity to review services I definitely feel cover4caravans has done this. Well done!
