they were shocking when I attempted to recover travel after breaking down in the snow on motorway and missing my flight to nz absolutely rubbish company, caused a terrible time of stress!!!!¬¬¬

I contacted the company twice after the purchase to change the policy, but haven't heard back, at all. Will not use again and will not recommend.

Didn't need to claim, but cover seemed good and reasonably priced. Very easy to apply online. Would use Covermore again.
