Our team are always happy to answer questions, and we're pleased to hear we were always quick to do so. We do try to provide as much information digitally as possible at the four-week point, but international postage is a thorny issue we'd love to get ahead of. Regarding the one substandard accommodation, we've received your in-depth feedback via our feedback form and will absolutely investigate that. As we have used the accommodation before to good review, we suspect what you experienced might be a recent (or possibly low-season) development and appreciate the immediate alert that things might have changed there.
