Mr Tuck, thank you for your feedback. During periods of more frequent inclement weather over the winter months it can be necessary to cancel or delay sailings if it is outside the parameters of safety for our vessels. Yes, I realize that cancelling is sometimes necessary, but my impression and the impression of very many Islanders is that Condor uses the weather as an excuse for not running undersubscribed services. One day last March when I had a friend stranded on Guernsey, the excuse was that roads around Poole were icy. I checked with various forecasts and this appeared not to be the case. Last time I checked, Liberation did not travel on roads. I am from the Isle of Wight and our current generation of ferries almost never cancel. Their predecessors were notorious for doing so, and always trotted out the "health and safety if our passengers and crew" mantra.

Poor customer experience and service..
Make the online booking easier, booking a oneway ticket was not straight forward, I had to start by booking a return and then amending it.
Make telephone contact easier by not going to sailing...

Your reply has taken approx three weeks to prepare and states ONLY what I suggested in my initial comments!! Are you taking me seriously?? For example, are your management aware of this situation: have you made representations to Poole Harbour?? The parking area is an old tarmac stretch with no maintenance and in no way is worth £10 per day.On occasions, the barrier does not operate so the parking is NOT secure. I well recall a very similar occurrence with local authorities when you operated out of Weymouth. Are you able to offer/suggest alternative cheaper parking or will you idly stand by and watch your existing customers be ripped off and/or use other modes of transport to the Islands and France??

Improving
Since terrible service I received last year with Condor, delays, broken ferries and general lack of information, Condor seems to have got their act together. Let us hope they continue on this fashion.
