Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry to hear that you gave up whilst trying to use our service. I have looked into your account and noticed that you did place an order with us but were very specific after the order in terms of which suppliers you could and would not use so on this occasion every time we tried to place your order you mentioned you were not happy with the supplier and would not pay prices for the oil to be delivered by companies that you would accept but werent offering the cheapest price.
On this occasion we tried our best to accommodate your needs but you chose to cancel your order instead. We tried everything to help make this a positive experience and are sorry you felt you had a poor one. We hope you wish to try our service again in the future. The prices change on our site daily so hopefully we can provide a positive experience in the future.
