We really are so sorry that your delivery did not take place on the day that it was booked in for.
I can see that your goods were being delivered to you directly from our manufacturers. I can also see that our Aftersales Team chased this for you and the information that was fed back to us from their pallet company was that they just simply ran out of time on the day.
Please rest assured that we have escalated this with them as their lack of communication on this was not acceptable at all.
All radiator deliveries are booked in on a pallet, kerb side delivery service and the nature of this should have been explained to you at the point of booking in delivery to ensure that you were able to arrange suitable labour to help on the day.
I am also sorry to hear that all of the fittings required where not present, had we of been notified of this we would of course of got those shipped out for you, although I do understand that your timeframe would probably not of allowed for this with your plumber being on site.
We will pass all of this over to our Continuous Improvement Team who are always looking at ways to improve our products and services for our customers.
In the meantime there is a few bottles of wine on its way to you as a small token of our apologies.
