Chums Recenzije

Thank you for your feedback. Such a shame that these shoes did not meet your expectations. I have checked your account and your refund was processed on the 19/09/14. Your comments have been passed to the Quality Control and Buying teams. Thanks again.

Oh dear, this is disappointing to read. It is exceptionally rare for items to fail our quality control procedures and for this we sincerely apologise. I can see a prodcut query was done on 17/09/14, one of my colleagues attempted to contact you the following day. I will arrange a call back today for you. Please accept my apology for any inconvenience caused.

The pyjamas measurements listed on our website are correct, however the garments do have extra room, to allow for your movement and comfort. We do offer a free returns service, we would be more than happy to accept these back and exchange them for a smaller size. I can see you the order was delivered within 7 days, which is the time frame we do advise.

We take all feedback on board, good or bad and make every effort to serve customers accordingly. I can assure you that all products we sell are subject to random quality checks to ensure that the items we sell are safe, free from defects and offer value for money. Your comments have been passed to the Quality Control and Buying teams. Thanks again.

I am extremely sorry to hear you have still not received your goods and that your payment was taken. I have looked into your account and can see it was picked and packaged on 2/10. You should have definitely received your goods by now as they are in stock. I will have this enquiry dealt with and I will email you with more information to resolve this query. We do apologize again about this as this is not our usual standard of service.
