i am sorry to hear about your complaints. We have recently started a new system where if you supply us with your email address, we can send you tracking information, to track your delivery. I can not locate an order for shoes. This is why you did not receive a credit, as there is no order on our system. If you could check with your bank to see who took the charge, you can then chase this up with the correct company. I have marked your account for no substitutes to prevent this happening with us, in the event an item is out of stock.

Waited ages for delivery, then only half the order

I am sorry to see you are not happy with our service or products. I have had a look into your account and can see only half of your order was delivered because the other half was unfortunately out of stock. I can see you have had a refund issued already for the goods which were out of stock. I have had a look into your account and can see your order was placed on 26/9 and it was deliver on 1/10. We do advise our customers up to 7 working days for delivery. We hope this issue has not stopped you from ordering from us in the future and we thank you for your time and feedback.
