Ordered several items in the recent flash sale, one item had slipped through quality control bur was simple and free to return and I received an exact replacement within days. Excellent service.
The jersey is excellent, the colour sport on, but the sizing was out for me. I'm a medium build and measured up I should have been a medium in the jersey. But it was too tight on the chest even...

Order colour wasn’t what I expected, easy free return and quick exchange, however didn’t know that the replacement was sent until it arrived. So perhaps an update on account would help.

We're sorry to hear that you didn't receive any email notification when your replacement item was sent - these emails are usually automatically sent via our system when the replacement item is dispatched to you. In some cases these emails can get lost in junk folders, if this was the case you can avoid this problem in future by moving any emails you find there to your inbox or labelling them as not junk. Please do let us know if you experience any more problems with this in future.
