Replacement of faulty parts a total disaster

I received a chair with a faulty arm. Apart from the delay on the emails they didn’t provide any tracking and the replacement arrived in my address but to a total unknown name which was very weird!...

The chair was as advertised and is of good quality. Colour not as burgundy as I thought but ok. Delivery was as expected and the chair assembled easily.

Not fit for purpose with regard to height.

The gas lift of 7 inches is not sufficient height for an office desk. I purchased an 11 inch gas lift and installed it.
