Thank you for your review. I am slightly mystified as have gone through all off our messages and checked emails and we have never had this reported to us. I am not saying that you have not but we would have reacted immediately in the same way as we do to all problems. I have called and left a message for you and also emailed but had no reply. I am sorry that the chair arrived like this and that you feel this way as this is certainly not how we operate our business. Jamie Welch
