Thank you for your feedback and your continued custom. We are delighted to hear that you love our kiln dried logs and will continue to purchase them from us in future. Your honest feedback regarding the crate has been taken into account. We appreciate that moving from a bulk bag to a crate can be an adjustment, especially in terms of storage. The crates are designed to keep the logs well-ventilated and protected during transport, and unlike many standard pallets, every part of the crate is fully burnable — meaning there’s no waste left behind. Your feedback has been passed along to the team and we look forward to assisting you again in future. Best wishes, Hayleigh
