Certainly Wood Recenzije

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and w e’re pleased to hear that you’re happy with the quality of our wood. Unfortunately, the additional cardboard packaging is a requirement of the courier service we use, as all orders need to be shipped in boxes. We appreciate that this can mean more packaging than you may have come to expect from Certainly Wood, but it’s something we’re unable to avoid at this point in time. If minimising packaging is important to you, our Firekits are our logs in boxes option, so they are a great alternative and may better suit your preferences. https://www.certainlywood.co.uk/products/logs-in-boxes Regarding your comment about the lack of choice in delivery date, this is also something that is not available with the small parcel deliveries but we are constantly reviewing this. Thank you for choosing Certainly Wood and we look forward to assisting you again in future.
