Thank you for the 5 star review! We are thrilled you love our kiln dried logs! Although we are unable to provide 25cm length logs in the large bulk bags anymore, we do offer 35cm length logs in our Mixed hardwood crates and our Birch and Oak crates. You can find them here: https://www.certainlywood.co.uk/products/kiln-dried-mixed-hardwood-crates and here: https://www.certainlywood.co.uk/products/kiln-dried-hardwood-logs-crates Best wishes, Hayleigh

Thank you for your wonderful review! We are glad we were able to help you when you called. On this rare occasion, our warehouse staff did make a mistake and sent you kindling boxes instead of the kindling nets you requested. We quickly amended this error by sending the correct product as soon as we were notified and we appreciate your patience and understanding. We look forward to assisting you again in future. Best wishes, Hayleigh
