I don't appreciate renewals being made automatically, with no reminders and money being taken out of the bank account with no advice in advance. Bad, bad customer service.

Fast process, had conformation mail then to down loads documents.. This might help if the documents that where needed got sent on a mail then having to download them to we know we have the right...

To be honest I can't give a full review as I never had to contact them ...... which I suppose isn't a bad thing .... I'd use them again as they did everything I asked and I think at a fair price .......
