Cheap but poor communications

Cheap insurance but didn't get an email to download documents, only a text which looked dodgy and I couldn't confirm it. No way to ask them for an email link or at least customer service is so hidden...

You may also consider downloading our free Cedar Tree TravelMate App, it allows you to access all your travel insurance policies in one place. You will be able to make a claim, buy a new policy and access your customer zone to make changes to an existing policy.
