You took the fee of £300 without previous reference to me or sending an invoice - I was quite surprised. I amy have wanted to change my cover but was not given this opportunity

The renewal process is to send out an email 1 month before the policy renewal date and a further reminder 14 days prior to the renewal Looking at your review it appears you might not actually need the Professional Indemnity Insurance cover after all. I have just left a message for you regarding this and would be happy to discuss a full refund if you could call me back.

Very professional and helpful, especially to start up companies.

On the one occasion in last 10 years I needed to 'call in insurance to help' t(damaged IT equipment) they were most processional and speedy.
