Regarding the delivery, I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delivery driver's actions and the subsequent return of the parcel to the depot. Regarding the toner cartridge compatibility and performance issues, this is also deeply concerning. I understand how crucial it is to have a functional printer, especially during urgent times. We take product quality and customer satisfaction very seriously, and I assure you that we are actively investigating this matter to ensure it's addressed promptly and appropriately. Regarding the lack of response, our working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. If you email outside these hours, it will be the next working day before we can reply. We strive to provide timely and helpful customer service. In the meantime, I'm glad to see that a replacement has been issued, and everything is working perfectly now.
