We are sorry to hear you felt the breakfast not sufficient,sometimes breakfast can be very basic as it is continental breakfast. As you might be aware continental breakfast is more standard than in other countries. We are also sorry to hear that you didn't received the postal items, I see that my colleague sent the pdf version and advised where to get the credenziale on the day.
