Dear Penny, thank you so much for travelling with us and for sharing your feedback. Dinner in Spain is generally served after 8 or 9, and many restaurant kitchens won't be open until that time. It is just a different schedule to other countries. However, many bars and cafes offer little free nibbles with drinks in the early evening, which is a good option while waiting for dinner in places such as Santiago for instance. Would you mind sending us feedback about those specific properties you didn't like? We would like to contact the owners directly to address those issues raised.

We are surprised you didn't get any response from the team as all emails are answered within one business day. For urgent queries and issues during the trip we always recommend contacting the assistance number provided, which is available 24/7 so we can deal with the issue immediately. All flight details are provided in advance to our taxi partners, apologies if there was any confusion. 

We hope you enjoyed the trip overall. The Camino route markings are currently being updated and some changes have been made to the route, therefore we are reviewing our notes and maps at the moment.
