It was a pleasure chatting with you to make sure we got everything sorted in time for the Easter baptism. I am, however, very sorry to hear about the silver peeling on the cake board. I completely understand how frustrating it is to have to use "deceptive icing" to cover up a flaw when you want everything to look perfect. I’ll be looking into our packaging and board quality immediately to ensure this doesn't happen to future orders. We really appreciate the honest feedback as it helps us improve.
