I think the tutorials are great if you are mainly interested in cake sculpting and covering everything with ganache. I would like to see more wedding cake designs and decorating tutorials. Too many...

Thank you for your feedback. We have 60 of the 300 designs are tagged as wedding cakes so I will push this at our next planning meeting. There´s such a range of designs and views and opinions on designs its always a challenge to ensure we produce something for everyone, but certainly take your comments on-board :-)

Over the past 15 years the industry does seem to have gone from one fad to another. We always have members asking for us to keep up with the trends, which may be to the detriment of the more traditional designs. Please drop me an email with some design suggestions for the more traditional styles and we can certainly look to incorporate that into our planning.
