We're really sorry to hear you were expecting the sheets to be printed. Our sheets are always kept plain to ensure the product remains natural, gentle, and kind to sensitive skin. We sincerely apologise if this wasn’t clear from the product images and description.
We found that using a thin wrap on each roll actually uses less paper in weight than a thicker multi-roll pack, and the wrapper keeps the roll hygienically dust-free until the time of use. The wrapper design just adds a nice little touch if on display.
Regarding the bamboo content - the article you've mentioned is something that happened in January 2024 and we told our customers straight away. While only a small number of products were impacted, we take any deviation from our 100% bamboo standard very seriously. All impacted products were relisted appropriately, and sold at a significantly reduced price.
