Between poor and fair. Plan lapsed 30 April. Would not put back to June 1st to start. So lost a customer

No, everything has been resolved. Policy lapsed 30th of April and would not renew with me on the 1st of June which l was willing to do and pay for, even if we were still in lockdown.
