Thank you for your lovely feedback following your stay at the malt house coach house, and I agree Talybont on Usk is an ideal village with a few pubs a shop and a post office. Our office is based just outside Talybont on usk so we find these facilities very useful. And we can often be found having lunch in the Star.

I've just found this review my daughter wrote on our journey back from our lovely few days at your cottage.
We just wanted to message you to say thank you so much for a beautiful stay at Blaencwm. We could only stay for 3 nights but would have loved to have stayed for longer... or basically forever! Everything about the cottage and area is perfect... Waking up in the most comfiest bed in the world, to the beautiful rolling hills, (Lord Herefords knob, *chuckle*) the passing pheasant, and bread from the aga...Totally idyllic. We came up as a family and family friends, the boys went mountain biking for 2 days while us girls went riding and explored the book shops and tea shops of hay-on-Wye. we also spent a day trekingon a ten mile circular trek, directly from the cottage, which was astoundingly gorgeous. It was incredible to feel a part of so much space and nature. Thank you!
