Thank you for taking the time to leave such an informative review and we are so pleased to read that you had an enjoyable week at Pontganol Cottage. The paper menus were removed from the cottage due to Covid19 recommendations.

Unfortunately the check in/out times aren’t great, losing nearly a day with a 6pm check in and 9am check out which is a shame. Understandably the property needs cleaning, but 9 hours seems excessive....

I am sorry that you were disappointed, these are very challenging times for us in the hospitality Industry. For the safety of our guests and cleaners we are following Industry guidelines, in asking guest to check out by 9.00am and leave the house empty for 3 hours. The cleaners can then go in at 12.00pm with a large property for 3 hours to 4 hours to clean and then the house is left empty until guests arrive at approximately 6.00pm. Large properties with hot tubs following Government advice are taking double the amount of time to clean as previously before Covid19.
