I am really sorry to hear the plant arrived in less than perfect condition, had you contacted us directly to let us know we would have either arranged a replacement or processed a refund for you right away. Please respond via email to let me know which you would prefer, and we will arrange that for you. Thank you.

Contacted Bradshaw, and I should have contacted them in the first place rather than a poor negitive review. Matter has been resolved completely..

Thank you for your feedback. Your order was placed on a Bank Holiday, so despatched the next working day on an overnight delivery which is why it took an extra day. This is all explained on our website and the delivery date is provided at the checkout when you order, sorry if you missed this. Thank you.
Good afternoon, we don't appear to have any contact directly from you regarding this. Please can you contact us at customer.services@bradshawsdirect.co.uk if you require any assistance. Thank you
