Thanks for your review of our service.
I'm sorry to hear you have experienced a postal delay. I can see that we have set an allocation for an additional rental now free of charge to compensate for the delayed game.
The majority of our games are arriving within the expected 1-3 days of despatch currently although there are some that are taking longer due to the current situation.
