I never received my order, I thought there were delays due to the circumstances and gave it time but never arrived. I did not receive a confirmation email and I was unsure I had been charged but...

The process of buying was simple. The communications with the company were excellent. Very customer focussed.

Long delivery, poor opacity, too small. I have ordered about 10 blinds in the past with no problems and they are going strong. But this new one is very disappointing. I hope it’s a one off.
