Quick and simple to get a quote and then insurance. No need to list all my bikes, which was nice. Had no need to claim yet.

Excellent service

Easy to use website. Called the helpline to get a bit of clarification before I clicked buy. This was promptly answered and the whole process was smooth.

Thanks for your feedback Sarah. We identified a bug in your account which removed a discount, so this was not related to IPT. I've sent you a direst email with a full explanation and how we have resolved this for you. We were actually able to avoid any increase in your premium this year, which I'm sure you'll be glad to hear, but I do personally apologise for any confusion caused.
