Thank you for your feedback. Our acknowledgement email to says if we have a mobile number you should receive a text message from the courier with a one hour time slot. Unfortunately on this occasion you gave us your landline number.

That's fine if you have a mobile phone, which I have not. Other firms send email messages to inform them their items have been dispatched and give courier arrival times, perhaps you could do the same. Very disappointed.
Professional, prompt and courteous. Happy to give extra detail and advice on the phone. Good value for money compared to other firms. Arrived promptly with easy agreed delivery slot.
Very helpful when I phoned to delay their next day delivery by a day. Arrived well wrapped and on time. Delighted with product. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Very responsive - with a competitive price as compared with local suppliers. Then bed delivered on time by very helpful team.
The only snag was the faint smell (glue used in manufacture perhaps!)...
