We knew what mattress we wanted as had similar before, after a lot of research Big Brand beds were very competitively priced, I decided to phone them to be sure they would take old mattress away free...
The price was excellent and the matress is great - this is the third of the same model that I have bought, but the first from this supplier. Delivery was a bit slow, as Birlea were out of stock, but...
Very good quality cellular wool blanket in terns of warm weight and size. Bought a similar one from a firm in Stowe a couple of years ago which is much inferior.
Will order another from Big Brands
First class company! From order through to delivery I was kept up to date with revised delivery date etc. Delivery guys were also fantastic ... even took their shoes off!
