Then all I can say is that your customer service department does not read it's e-mails, because I certainly sent a few.
Only reason I didn't choose excellent is that we were given the wrong code to access the key box and then it took a couple of phone calls to sort out the problem
We have used Best of Suffolk several times now and can count on them for a first rate holiday property. I would, and have already, recommended them to family and friends. Osprey worked really well...
