I checked on the status of the items that were in your order so that I could find out what happened. We have shipments arriving on a daily basis and we know when to mark products in stock and out of stock on the website. In this instance, our shipment which contained your products was not allowed to dock as the port (in Antwerp) was full. We were duly informed - 10 days later, hence the issue with completing your order. Covid has played havoc with supplies of products all over the world. Yes, I agree with you, it is annoying but we have been working hard to do our best in such demanding circumstances. Yours sincerely, Michael O'Brien

Genevieve, I'm really sorry about the long delay in delivering your order and not communicating with you to that effect. Due to Covid, supply chains have been badly affected all over the world and this in turn has led to long delays in getting stock into the country. Again, sorry for any inconvenience caused.
