In regards to the clock you say you bought from us, I have checked your orders and there aren't any for a clock. Unfortunately there are sometimes genuine pricing errors on our website, but we do try really hard to ensure this happens as little as possible.

Many thanks for your 5 star review. Our lead times are sometimes 10/12 weeks as the products are specially made to order, but they are worth the wait!
