Very helpful but my only complaint was the cost of the phonecall rang you twice and it was £5 a call !

Unfortunately on this occasion I felt let down by Be Wiser. Initially I was miss sold the renewal policy and over charged. I called back and explained my concerns which the new sales person adjusted...
