bakerdays Recenzije

Thank you so much for your feedback—we’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the cake overall, though we’re sorry the icing was a little too sweet for your taste. We’d love to make your next experience a full 5-star one! We actually customise our cakes based on personal preferences, including sweetness levels, so we can absolutely adjust the icing to better suit your taste. Please feel free to get in touch with us at sales@bakerdays.com, and we’d be happy to discuss your preferences and make sure your next order is just right. We really appreciate your feedback and hope to bake for you again soon!

We’re really sorry to hear this and completely understand your disappointment. The cake should absolutely have been suitable for 2–4 people as described, and we regret that it fell short of expectations.. especially as it meant you had to buy another cake. This isn’t the experience we want for our customers, and we truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Please contact us at sales@bakerdays.com with your order details so we can look into this properly and make things right for you. Our sincere apologies again for the inconvenience caused and we look forward to your message.

Thank you for your kind review! We're so pleased to hear you loved your personalised cake and that it arrived right on time. We really appreciate your support and hope to bake for you again soon! 🎂
