We’re so sorry to hear about your experience and the disappointment this caused, especially for such a thoughtful surprise. We completely understand how upsetting it must have been for the gift to be left like that. Please know we take this very seriously and have recently moved to a new and trusted courier to help prevent issues like this in the future. We’d love the chance to put this right — please reach out to us at sales@bakerdays.com and our team will review your case 💌
