Recieved the wrong item. Contacted them via email they responded late. I’ve responded with invoice pictures and item picture still waiting for a response been 2 weeks. Very bad customer service

Sorry to hear this. I have no looked into this and can see that you sent the requested photos 26/04/2021. From receiving these photos your enquiry is being investigated. A pre paid label is being processed for you top return the incorrect jeans to us.
