Poor service

Made an error on form credited it price went to 89.00 no numbers to call need the cert for house purchase won't allow me to login tells me their is an account registered but will not let me log in .....

Very poor. Called to see if my policy could be renewed god less, given my cars age and low mileage and my loyalty with AXA. Very poor service, a straight “no” no empathy shown. Only renewed as I am...
