Everything is dry and dying by the time it arrives! The roots need moisture during transit otherwise it's a waste of money, receiving dried out twigs!

We are sorry that your plants were looking dry on arrival. Our orders are packaged up on the day they are despatched and the roots of the plants are all damp when they are packed. We do take pride in the quality of the plants that we supply and we are sorry if you feel that on this occasion we have let you down. Please note that all of our plants are guaranteed, so it is not in our interest to send out any plants that we do not think will thrive. Hopefully, your plants will be fine, but please do contact us in the spring once the weather warms up should your plants fail to thrive.
