Hi Linda, and we're sorry to hear you haven’t received your order yet. I have looked into this for you and our records show our courier has tried to make delivery on a couple of occasions but nobody was available to accept the goods. They have also tried to contact you on your mobile but unfortunately nobody answered. I have also tried to contact you this morning but unfortunately nobody answered. If you could give us a call on 01452 888186 when convenient we would be happy to try and arrange a delivery when you are available.

Hi David and apologies for any inconvenience caused. I’ve looked into this for you and it appears the email you sent us Friday had been caught in our SPAM filter which is why we didn’t reply. If you have any concerns in the future you can contact us on 01452 888186.
