Good customer care and the boat was nearly new!
Good Customer care, well prepared boat, promise of swift help if needed (it wasn’t), the staff seemed to be enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

They were clearly very focused upon ensuring that we had an enjoyable holiday experience. They cheerfully took in their stride our 3 hour late arrival (due to a complete stoppage on the M6 North)....

Weather makes or breaks a canal trip.
Initially very good but a sour taste at the end being charged £1.19 per litre for red diesel...when a more realistic price would be 60/65pence litre.

Great experience
Great service, genuinely friendly and helpful. Had to contact them whilst hiring the boat as the rope got tangled in the propeller. Never felt it was a problem or inconvenience. Would recommend
