Easy to use
Easy to use, clear and prices displayed were easy to understand. Also easy to add on extras and confirmation came through immediately.

Very polite, accommodating and sensitive to the situation.
Service adviser was very polite and understanding of position. Very accommodating and helpful. Sensitive to how people are feeling in current climate.
