It took several reminders to elicit any response to my initial request for cover and then 2 attempts to get the correct dates.

Hello, we are very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us and would like to apologise for this.We have recently had a shift internally which unfortunately caused the response to your request to be delayed. When your policy was set, the dates suggested were unfortunately misunderstood and therefore caused this mistake.
