Customer service
When I wanted to change my insurance details and later insure my instrument temporarily it took an inordinate amount of time on the phone. Not impressed.

Fantastic service
I was incredibly impressed with the efficiency of the call. The process was clear and quick. The cover was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

not yet had call to use, hope not to, but ok so far
service was fine a little stilted and scruffy in presentation, little fondness for insurance as result of poor past experience with other insurers.
