WHERE ARE MY DULCOEASE??????? They were advertised as free of postal charges - does this mean that they were sent by some dodgy private operator, and are stuck in some remote clearing centre?

Thank you for speaking to me earlier. As I said over the phone, Royal Mail is saying that this order has been delivered on the 5th of August, but the other information does not tie up with it being delivered to you. Therefore, we will be sending a replacement order out to you tomorrow.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry for the trouble with your order. When delivering abroad, we are dependant upon the local postal service to some extent for delivery. However, we always send foreign orders signed for so they should be traceable on both the Royal Mail website, and on your local delivery service’s website.

Regarding the Regaine, the active ingredient, Minoxidil, is clinically proven to cause hair regrowth in some men. However, it can take some months before its effects are seen.I would like to thank you again for your time and I hope to hear from you again in the future.
