Thank you for your feedback, as a small family run business we take customer service very seriously, although we are small, we can definitely boast about having two of the best buyers in the country, who seem to be able to get their hands on stock others cannot (and a great price).

We use UK mail, as we consider them to be the most reliable, unfortunately it seems not all the local depot drivers have the same standards, we apologize on their behalf and hope it will not put you off shopping with us again.

We are very sorry you have not received you bed yet, unfortunately this is due to a lack of stock at the Manufacturers, they are expecting more in around the middle of this month, when we then receive your item we will get it to you as soon as possible.Sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment caused.
