Explained the service, & changed the plan very quickly , as the new plan only arrived las Saturday we have not had time to make any plans. A bit too soon to really talk about it but impressed.

So far good, but I have not yet received any paperwork for either my or my husband's new plans ... and I am waiting to be billed for the £60 odd pounds which I gather is owing on mine.
