The support and explanation were excellent and informative. Having assisted age Uk in the recent pandemic it reassured me that they are a trusted and caring company.

Very prompt and polite. I took out two plans, one online and one by phone. I received both plans not long afterwards, and a follow-up phone call to make sure they had arrived. They were easy to read...
